Le manque d'\u00e9ducation ad\u00e9quate peut entra\u00eener une stigmatisation sociale, une m\u00e9connaissance des risques ou des normes g\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelles qui emp\u00eachent les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es de parler ouvertement de sexualit\u00e9. Dans leur jeunesse, elles craignaient de tomber enceintes ou d'\u00eatre infect\u00e9es par une MST, de sorte que parler de ce sujet est un domaine nouveau pour de nombreuses personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es. C'est pourquoi il est extr\u00eamement important d'\u00e9duquer les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es sur les comportements sains, les tests et les options de traitement (Potyraj, 2016).<\/p><p>Il s'agit notamment de<\/p><ul><li>Renforcement en parlant de la sant\u00e9 sexuelle avec le personnel de sant\u00e9.<\/li><li>Parler \u00e0 un partenaire sexuel potentiel de ses ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents sexuels avant d'avoir des rapports sexuels.<\/li><li>Pratique de la monogamie ou limitation du nombre de partenaires sexuels<\/li><li>Consentement et accord concernant le d\u00e9pistage des MST chez les deux partenaires avant les rapports sexuels.<\/li><li>Coh\u00e9rence dans les relations sexuelles en cas de consommation de substances (par exemple, l'alcool) susceptibles d'alt\u00e9rer le jugement.<\/li><li>L'utilisation r\u00e9guli\u00e8re d'un contraceptif tel que les pr\u00e9servatifs et le lubrifiant.<\/li><li>Action rapide en cas de suspicion de MST (traitement m\u00e9dical).<\/li><li>Sensibiliser le public, les professionnels de la sant\u00e9 et les membres de la famille en qui les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es ont confiance, ce qui joue donc un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans l'optimisation de la qualit\u00e9 de vie des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es (Potyraj, 2016).<\/li><\/ul><p>Les connaissances et les attitudes \u00e0 l'\u00e9gard de la sexualit\u00e9 contribuent de mani\u00e8re significative \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes sur cet aspect de la vie des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es, et il est donc important d'\u00e9duquer non seulement les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es, mais aussi ceux qui les \u00e9duquent. Une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e dans les facult\u00e9s (m\u00e9decine, soins infirmiers, ergoth\u00e9rapie, physioth\u00e9rapie, psychologie et travail social) concernant les connaissances et les attitudes \u00e0 l'\u00e9gard de la sexualit\u00e9 des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es a montr\u00e9 que l'\u00e2ge est le seul facteur d\u00e9mographique pouvant pr\u00e9dire les attitudes \u00e0 l'\u00e9gard de la sexualit\u00e9 et les connaissances en mati\u00e8re de sexualit\u00e9. L'\u00e9ducation \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 accro\u00eet les connaissances d'un individu en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 et le sensibilise aux d\u00e9cisions qu'il prend dans ce domaine (Kececi, A., &amp; Bulduk, 2012). La promotion de la sant\u00e9 et du bien-\u00eatre de l'individu est une responsabilit\u00e9 majeure, en particulier pour ceux qui travaillent avec les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es. Le concept de bien-\u00eatre ne s'applique pas seulement aux jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, mais \u00e0 toutes les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, y compris les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es (Reicherter &amp; Greene, 2005 ; Tabloski, 2010). L'\u00e9ducation \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 est bas\u00e9e sur la connaissance, sur un traitement attentif des relations, de la perception, du statut social, de la structure du pouvoir, des pratiques culturelles et d'autres aspects sociaux. Ainsi, l'\u00e8re num\u00e9rique peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre l'\u00e8re des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es (Hermans, 2022). Nous vivons \u00e0 une \u00e9poque o\u00f9 la num\u00e9risation progresse rapidement et o\u00f9 les technologies num\u00e9riques contribuent efficacement \u00e0 l'apprentissage de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences, \u00e0 la promotion des interactions sociales et \u00e0 une vie ind\u00e9pendante et autonome. Avec l'aide de la technologie, nous g\u00e9rons plus facilement notre propre sant\u00e9 et acc\u00e9dons plus rapidement aux services sociaux et de sant\u00e9. De m\u00eame, la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19, o\u00f9 les rencontres face \u00e0 face \u00e9taient limit\u00e9es, a montr\u00e9 que l'utilisation de la t\u00e9l\u00e9sant\u00e9 est une m\u00e9thode efficace pour les soins de sant\u00e9. Mais il est un fait que l'acc\u00e8s aux technologies num\u00e9riques diff\u00e8re d'une population \u00e0 l'autre et au sein d'une m\u00eame population (Hermans, 2022).<\/p><p>Pour une inclusion efficace dans la technologie num\u00e9rique, nous avons besoin, bien s\u00fbr, d'un acc\u00e8s fiable \u00e0 l'utilisation des TIC, mais cela ne suffit pas. Nous avons \u00e9galement besoin de comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques et d'une attitude positive pour pouvoir nous adapter aux opportunit\u00e9s technologiques (Center for Ageing Better, 2021). Si elles ne sont pas s\u00fbres de la fiabilit\u00e9 d'une source, elles doivent v\u00e9rifier la m\u00eame information sur Internet (ou toute autre source d'information) pour voir si plus d'une source rapporte la m\u00eame chose de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re. Si vous tombez sur une information erron\u00e9e, signalez-le simplement \u00e0 la plateforme de m\u00e9dias sociaux o\u00f9 vous l'avez trouv\u00e9e (vous pouvez \u00e9galement contacter l'auteur qui
