podro\u010dja \u010dlove\u0161ke spolnosti in intimnosti, dejstva o staranju, zdravstveno in spolno vzgojo, informacijsko pismenost in se osredoto\u010da predvsem na izrazit pomen spolnosti in intimnosti za zdravo \u017eivljenje v starosti. Ker je ta u\u010dni na\u010drt razvit v okviru projekta EU EduSexAge, bomo zavzeli trdno mednarodno perspektivo, pri \u010demer bomo klju\u010dne teorije o spolnosti in intimnosti umestili v njihovo kulturno in zgodovinsko perspektivo ter razkrili omejitve tak\u0161nih temeljev s podrobnim, kriti\u010dnim pregledom globalnih trendov, pomenov in izku\u0161enj.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-97ce13c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"97ce13c\" visokemu tveganju za spolno prenosljive bolezni, je treba to vpra\u0161anje \u010dim pogosteje izpostavljati. Pomanjkanje ustrezne izobrazbe na tem podro\u010dju lahko povzro\u010di dru\u017ebeno stigmatizacijo, pomankanje zavedanja o tveganjih ali generacijske norme, ki starej\u0161im prepre\u010dujejo, da bi se odkrito pogovarjali o spolnosti. V mladosti je starej\u0161e bolj skrbela ne\u017eelena zanositev, zato je danes pogovor o morebitnih oku\u017ebah s spolno prenosljivo boleznijo, za mnoge starej\u0161e ljudi, to novo podro\u010dje. Posledi\u010dno je izobra\u017eevanje starej\u0161ih o zdravju, testiranju za spolno prenosljive bolezni in mo\u017enostih zdravljenja izredno pomembno (Potyraj, 2016).<\/p><p>Ti vklju\u010dujejo:<\/p><ul><li>Okrepitev s pogovorom z zdravstvenim osebjem o spolnem zdravju.<\/li><li>Pred spolnim odnosom se s potencialnim spolnim partnerjem pogovorite o njegovih preteklih spolnih aktivnostih.<\/li><li>Prakticiranje monogamije ali omejevanje \u0161tevila spolnih partnerjev.<\/li><li>Soglasje in dogovor o testiranju obeh partnerjev za spolno prenosljive bolezni pred spolnim odnosom.<\/li><li>Doslednost pri spolnih odnosih v primeru u\u017eivanja substanc (npr. alkohola), ki lahko oslabijo presojo.<\/li><li>Redna uporaba kontracepcijskih sredstev, kot so kondomi in lubrikant.<\/li><li>Hitro ukrepanje v primeru suma na spolno prenosljive bolezni (zdravstvena oskrba).<\/li><li>Ozave\u0161\u010danje javnosti, zdravstvenih delavcev in dru\u017einskih \u010dlanov, ki jim starej\u0161i zaupajo, o spolnem zdravju, saj imajo ti klju\u010dno vlogo pri izbolj\u0161anju kakovosti \u017eivljenja starej\u0161ih odraslih (Potyraj, 2016).<\/li><\/ul><p>Znanje in odnos do spolnosti pomembno prispevata k zmanj\u0161evanju stereotipov o tem vidiku \u017eivljenja starej\u0161ih, zato je pomembno, da se ne izobra\u017eujejo le starej\u0161i, temve\u010d tudi tisti, ki izobra\u017eujejo starej\u0161e. Raziskava, izvedena na fakultetah (medicina, zdravstvena nega, delovna terapija, fizioterapija, psihologija in socialno delo) glede znanja in stali\u0161\u010d o spolnosti v starosti, je pokazala, da je starost edini demografski dejavnik, ki lahko napove odnos do spolnosti in znanje o spolnosti. \u0160tudija ni razkrila glavnih u\u010dinkov na razlike v splo\u0161no nadpovpre\u010dnih ravneh znanja in stali\u0161\u010d med poklici med tremi dr\u017eavami, v katerih je bila \u0161tudija izvedena (Avstralija, Nova Zelandija in Ju\u017ena Afrika). Je pa raziskava pokazala, da se je raven znanja in stali\u0161\u010d o spolnosti, v primerjavi s prej\u0161njimi \u0161tudijami, izbolj\u0161al (Helmes in Chapman, 2011).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b04f721 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b04f721\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Zdravstvena vzgoja<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ffe9f7c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ffe9f7c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Zdravstvena vzgoja je koncept, ki je neposredno povezan s promocijo zdravja, vendar so prilo\u017enosti za promocijo zdravja na splo\u0161no zanemarjene (Choi et al., 2010). Zdravstvena vzgoja pove\u010duje posameznikovo znanje o zdravju in ozave\u0161\u010denost o njegovih zdravstvenih odlo\u010ditvah (Kececi, A. in Bulduk, 2012). Spodbujanje zdravja in dobrega po\u010dutja posameznika je velika odgovornost, zlasti za tiste, ki delajo s starej\u0161imi. Koncept dobrega po\u010dutja se ne nana\u0161a le na mlaj\u0161e generacije, temve\u010d na vse generacije, vklju\u010dno s starej\u0161imi (Reicherter &amp; Greene, 2005; Tabloski, 2010). Zdravstvena vzgoja temelji na znanju, na skrbnem ravnanju z odnosi, zaznavanju, dru\u017ebenem statusu, strukturo mo\u010di, kulturno prakso in drugimi dru\u017ebenimi vidiki. Zdravstvena vzgoja ni koncept o posameznikih ali njihovih dru\u017einah, vendar lahko mo\u010dno vpliva na dru\u017ebeni status posameznika (Glanz et al., 2008).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bf70070 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"bf70070\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Medijska in informacijska pismenost<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-73c9b6d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"73c9b6d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Medijska in informacijska pismenost je klju\u010dna za zagotavljanje pravic starej\u0161ih do sodelovanja v digitalni dobi. Tako je lahko digitalna doba tudi doba starej\u0161ih (Hermans, 2022). \u017divimo v \u010dasu hitro nara\u0161\u010dajo\u010de digitalizacije, digitalne tehnologije pa u\u010dinkovito pomagajo pri u\u010denju novih spretnosti, spodbujanju socialnih interakcij ter neodvisnem in samostojnem \u017eivljenju. S pomo\u010djo tehnologije la\u017eje upravljamo svoje zdravje in tudi hitreje dostopamo do zdravstvenih in socialnih storitev. Tudi pandemija COVID-19, ko so bila osebna sre\u010danja omejena, se je pokazalo, da je uporaba telezdravja u\u010dinkovita metoda pri zagotavljanju zdravstvene oskrbe. Dejstvo pa je, da je dostop do digitalnih tehnologij pri populacijah in znotraj njih razli\u010den (Hermans, 2022).<\/p><p>Za u\u010dinkovito vklju\u010devanje v digitalno tehnologijo seveda potrebujemo zanesljiv dostop do uporabe IKT, vendar to ni dovolj. Potrebujemo tudi digitalne ve\u0161\u010dine in pozitivno naravnanost, da se lahko prilagodimo tehnolo\u0161kim prilo\u017enostim (Center for Ageing Better, 2021). Europe, 2020).<\/p><p>Starej\u0161i ljudje morajo poskrbeti, da informacije pridobivajo iz zanesljivih virov. \u010ce niso prepri\u010dani o zanesljivosti vira, naj isto informacijo preverijo tudi na internetu (ali katerem koli drugem viru informacij), da ugotovijo ali ve\u010d kot en vir poro\u010da o isti stvari na enak na\u010din. \u010ce naletite na napa\u010dno informacijo, jo preprosto nevaren za va\u0161e zdravje.<\/li><li>Spolna aktivnost prispeva k izbolj\u0161anju telesnega in \u010dustvenega zdravja.<\/li><\/ul><p><em><strong>POZOR<\/strong><\/em>: \u010ce imate kakr\u0161ne
